MISSIONThe mission of the New York State Association of Veterinary Technicians, Inc. (NYSAVT) is to represent, promote and advance the licensed veterinary technician profession. NYSAVT achieves this goal through education, legislative initiative, public awareness and membership development by working with allied professions and organizations for the enhancement of veterinary medicine. The New York State Association of Veterinary Technicians (NYSAVT) was formed as a not-for-profit membership organization on July 24, 1991. Since then, NYSAVT has helped support, promote and protect the profession through legislative initiatives, continuing
education and member events and communication of important issues to every NYSAVT member. |
