This award will be presented to a NYSAVT member who has been an active member of the association, providing leadership and contributing to the Association and the overall betterment of the Veterinary Medical Profession.

Any NYSAVT member in good standing may nominate a fellow member for this award.  Consideration will be given for the following criteria:

• Minimum of 5 consecutive years of membership in NYSAVT
• Leadership positions held within the Association
• Leadership positions held within the veterinary technician community at large
• Contributions to professional development and continuing education
• Community Service
• Special Achievements

The NYSAVT Executive Board will review all nominations and a majority vote will determine the winner. 

Please complete and submit the form by July 17, 2021. Awards will be celebrated on August 28, 2021 at the final NYSAVT Education Series event.
